How does my request work?
- You describe your need with the form: type of net, dimensions, mesh, colour. A photo or a sketch helps us.
- We get back to you within 24 hours. If needed, we ask you a few questions and advise you on the mesh.
- You receive a quote. The price and lead time are confirmed to you before any order.
- You approve. We launch your order and deliver it to you.
Which measurements should I give you?
Bag or envelope: the width and height of the net you want, in metres.
Round bale: the actual diameter of the bale. Measure it before requesting your quote.
Flat net: the dimensions of the surface to cover, in metres.
For a faster quote, also give the type of net, the mesh you want (or your use if you would like advice), the colour and the quantity.
I don't know the right mesh. What should I do?
Simply tell us the use (stable, paddock, trailer, bale) and how your horse behaves: we will advise you on the right mesh.
Is the price known before ordering?
Yes. You receive a quote with the price and lead time, and you only order once you agree.
How do I measure my round bale?
Measure its actual diameter. It is this measurement, not the weight, that determines the size of the net.
And flat nets?
Flat nets are not sold online: each project is studied with you. Tell us the surface to cover and the mesh you want, and we will offer the right solution.
