Data we collect
- Orders and customer account: last name, first name, delivery and billing address, email, telephone, order history.
- Forms (contact, custom-made request): the information you send us, including attached files.
- Payment: your banking details are processed directly by our provider Mollie; we do not have access to them.
- Browsing: technical and traffic data (pages viewed, device type, origin), via the statistics tool built into Odoo.
Why we use it
- Process and deliver your orders, manage returns and customer service (performance of the contract).
- Answer your requests and prepare quotes (pre-contractual measures).
- Comply with our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- Measure site traffic and improve the site (legitimate interest or consent, depending on the cookies used).
Who has access
Your data is intended for GF Trading SRL and is never sold. It may be passed on, strictly as necessary, to our service providers:
- Odoo S.A. (website hosting and order management);
- Mollie B.V. (card payment);
- Mondial Relay (delivery);
- our accountant, and the authorities where the law requires it.
If a service provider were to process data outside the European Union, this transfer would be covered by appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Order data and invoices: for the legal accounting retention period (7 years in Belgium).
- Contact or quote requests with no follow-up: 3 years maximum after the last exchange.
- Browsing data: according to the lifetime of the cookies concerned.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (basket, session, language), which do not require your consent, as well as audience measurement cookies linked to Odoo statistics. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner and your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at contact@horsebuild.eu. We reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or with the authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL).
